About Zen:

      I’m a self-taught artist. I create my art based on my emotional and psychological expressions, on what feels good and right at the time I am making it. I enjoy making art straight from my heart and my imagination. I made each piece without thinking of what I’m about to make but instead I try to go with the flow and create something unique and beautiful to me with every stroke of my brush.

      I was born in Manila, Philippines where I lived for eighteen years. I was the youngest in my family. I moved to California when I was eighteen, it is where I fell in love and got married when I was twenty-one. I have always loved painting, and drawing ever since I was young. It has always been my hobby but I never took it seriously up until recently. I moved to Florida not too long ago, and with that I intend to express more of myself artistically and be able to share it with others to enjoy as well.
